Q. How do I get started with the app?
After installing the app, sign up and complete email verification. During the onboarding process, you'll enter your profile information and choose your preferred diet program.
You can select either a 4-week program or intermittent fasting (16:8, 5:2, or 24-hour).
Q. How is the 4-week program structured?
The 4-week program consists of Phase 0 through Phase 4. Each Phase provides customized meal plans automatically,
and you can view the schedule in the calendar and customize it to fit your situation.
Q. How do I practice intermittent fasting?
You can choose from 16:8, 5:2, or 24-hour fasting in the app.
Check your fasting progress with a real-time timer and receive notifications when you reach your target time.
Fasting records are automatically saved and can be viewed in statistics.
Q. How do I record my meals?
You can select foods from the provided Phase-specific meal plans or register your own custom foods.
Save frequently eaten foods and meal templates for quick entry, and calories are calculated automatically.
Q. How do I record workouts?
Choose from 30+ workout types to record. Record running routes with GPS tracking,
and automatically collect steps and stairs data by integrating with HealthKit (iOS) and Google Fit (Android).
Detailed set-by-set records and workout photos can also be saved.
Q. Is my data stored securely?
All data is stored locally on your device.
Data is not transmitted to external servers, thoroughly protecting your privacy.
Q. How do I view statistics?
In the Statistics tab, you can view all data including weight, body fat, water intake, and workout records visualized in graphs and charts.
Check statistics for desired periods with various filters: 7 days, 30 days, entire program, or custom date range.
Q. Can I change my program midway?
Yes, you can. You can end your current program and start a new one in settings.
All existing records are preserved and can be viewed in statistics.
